【利用規約】

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、本アプリ（XALBUMS）の利用条件を定めるものです。

ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

■ 利用条件

ユーザーは、本規約および関連法令を遵守したうえで、

本アプリを自己責任において利用するものとします。

■ 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為

・不正アクセスや不正利用

・その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

■ 免責事項

本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、

開発者は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

本アプリの内容や提供は、予告なく変更・中断・終了される場合があります。

■ 著作権

本アプリに関する著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、

開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

■ 規約の変更

本規約は、必要に応じて内容を変更することがあります。

変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは関連ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

■ 準拠法

本規約は、日本法を準拠法とします。

XALBUMS（以下、「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの個人情報を重要なものと認識し、

以下の方針に基づき、適切な取得・利用・管理を行います。

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

・アプリの利用状況（クラッシュログ、操作履歴等）

・端末情報（OS、機種名、言語設定等）

※氏名、住所、メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報は、

　ユーザーの明示的な入力がない限り取得しません。

■ 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

・アプリの品質向上および不具合修正

・利用状況の分析

・サービス改善のための統計データ作成

■ アプリ内課金・サブスクリプション

本アプリでは、別途定めるアプリ内課金または

サブスクリプションに基づき、一部機能を提供する場合があります。

課金条件、更新および解約方法については、

アプリ内または関連ページに記載された内容に従うものとします。

■ 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

■ 外部サービスの利用

本アプリでは、分析や広告配信のために外部サービスを利用する場合があります。

各サービスにおけるデータの取り扱いについては、

それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

■ プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて内容を変更することがあります。

アプリ内課金について

【アプリ内課金・サブスクリプションについて】

本アプリでは、基本機能を無料で利用できますが、

一部の機能についてはアプリ内課金またはサブスクリプション（定期購読）を

通じて提供される場合があります。

■ 課金内容

アプリ内課金により、以下のような機能や特典を利用できる場合があります。

・追加機能の解放

・広告の非表示

・プレミアムコンテンツへのアクセス

・利用制限の解除

具体的な課金内容および価格は、アプリ内の購入画面に表示されます。

■ サブスクリプションについて

サブスクリプションは、一定期間ごと（例：月額・年額）に

自動更新される定期購読サービスです。

・課金は、ユーザーのアカウントを通じて行われます

・有効期間終了日の24時間以上前に解約しない限り、自動更新されます

・更新時には、設定された料金が自動的に請求されます

■ 解約方法

サブスクリプションの管理および解約は、

各プラットフォーム（App Store / Google Play）の

アカウント設定画面から行うことができます。

アプリを削除しただけでは解約されませんのでご注意ください。

■ 返金について

アプリ内課金およびサブスクリプションの返金は、

原則として各プラットフォームのポリシーに従って処理されます。

開発者が直接返金を行うことはできません。

■ 価格の変更

サブスクリプションの価格は、事前の通知を行ったうえで

変更される場合があります。

価格変更後も継続して利用する場合は、

変更後の価格に同意したものとみなされます。

■ 注意事項

・課金内容および条件は、予告なく変更される場合があります

・未成年者が利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえで行ってください

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App can be used free of charge with basic features. However, certain features may be provided through in-app purchases or subscriptions (recurring billing).

■ Cancellation Method

Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
